I would challenge everyone to watch this, especially white people (or the dominant race in your country) and educators. I hope that educators will take to heart the difference between being “colorblind” and being culturally aware because there’s a massive difference and I believe that you’re teaching will be severely lacking if you don’t recognize that difference.
